Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Mobile AL Tree Removal (mobilealtreeremoval.com) actually collects and does with it. It is written to match the systems that are really enabled — nothing more.

What is collected

Service-request data. When you submit the request form: name, phone, optional email, property city or ZIP, optional address, the service details you select (service needed, tree count, tree condition, nearby targets, electrical involvement, property type, timeline), optional notes, and your consent, with the consent version.

Attribution data.With a request, the site records the page the request was made from, the landing page, the referrer, and UTM campaign parameters, so traffic sources can be understood. This is captured in your browser's session storage and submitted with the form.

Rate-limiting data. To limit abuse, the lead endpoint stores a keyed hash of the requesting IP address with a submission count for a short window. The raw IP address is not stored with your lead.

Where it is stored

Service requests are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Replit infrastructure. When a request is received, a push notification containing the request summary is sent to the site operator via the ntfy notification service.

How requests are shared

This is a service-request platform: your request, including your contact information, may be shared with one or more third-party tree-service providers so they can contact you about it. This website may receive compensation from a third-party provider when a service request is shared or results in business. Once shared, the provider handles your information under its own practices. Requests are not sold to unrelated marketers.

Call tracking

The phone number on this site is a CallRail tracking number. When you call it, CallRail logs the call (caller number, time, duration) so the operator knows which calls this site generated. Calls are not recorded.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand page usage and interactions. Analytics events do not include your name, phone number, or the contents of your request. These tools set cookies and use similar technologies under their own policies.

Cookies and storage

The site itself uses browser session storage for attribution (cleared when the browser session ends). Analytics and call-tracking tools may set their own cookies as described above.

Security

Traffic is served over HTTPS. Lead data lives in an access-controlled database, IPs used for rate limiting are stored only as keyed hashes, and notification and database credentials are held as server-side secrets.

Retention

Service-request records are retained until a fixed retention period is adopted; you may request deletion of your request at any time using the contact below.

Your choices

• You can call instead of using the form.
• You can ask what is stored about your request, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion.
• You can decline to be contacted further by telling the provider or this site's contact below.
• You can block analytics cookies with browser settings or extensions without affecting the site.
