How Tree-Removal Service Requests Work

This page documents exactly what happens between your call or form and a tree-service visit — including the parts this site does not control. Independent service-request website. Step 1 — You describe the situation

By phone at (251) 306-0676 or through the request form. The platform collects what a provider needs to triage: your name and phone, the property city or ZIP, the requested scope, how many trees, the tree's condition, what is nearby, whether anything electrical is involved, the property type, and your timeline — plus optional details like address, access notes, stump preference, and what should happen to the wood. The form also records the page and traffic source the request came from, and your consent to share the request. Anything electrical goes to Alabama Power or 911 first, before any request is made here.

Step 2 — The request may be shared with a provider

A request that fits the coverage area and scope may be shared with a third-party tree-service provider. May, not will: provider availability is never guaranteed, no response time is promised, and a request that no available provider fits may simply not be matched. This website may receive compensation from a third-party provider when a service request is shared or results in business.

Step 3 — The provider confirms everything directly with you

The provider independently confirms its own identity, coverage, capability, availability, the scope of work, permit responsibility, any utility coordination, the price, its credentials and insurance documentation, and the service terms. None of those are set, promised, or reviewed by this site — verify them yourself using the provider-verification checklist.

Who is responsible for what

• The provider contracts for and performs the work, and is responsible for execution, permits and City routing where the written scope assigns them, utility coordination, and any warranty it offers.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the request and for having authority over the property and the tree.
• This site is responsible for the accuracy of its published content and for routing the request as described — nothing more.
